Return & Refund Policy (Christthreads)

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at Christthreads / Christthreads LLC (“Christthreads,” “we,” “us”).

1) Returns (30 Days)

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging (when possible)

  • With receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, odors (including smoke), stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, or any condition that makes the item not resellable.

2) How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at christthreadsbusiness@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return (optional but helpful)

  • Photos (required if damaged/incorrect)

Returns must be approved before you send anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you:

  • Return instructions, and

  • The correct return destination for your order

3) Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping for approved returns (including “changed mind” and sizing issues). You may use any carrier you choose. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

If a return is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund or store credit without proof of delivery.

4) Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items (Contact Us Within 7 Days)

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

Email christthreadsbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. If verified, we will make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation and inventory availability.

5) Non-Returnable Items / Final Sale

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (including items marked “Final Sale” or clearance)

We also do not accept returns for certain items where applicable, including custom/personalized products or items that cannot be resold for hygiene/safety reasons.

6) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Request a return for the item you have, then

  2. Place a new order for the item/size you want after your return is approved.

7) Refunds and Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it is approved.

If approved, you can receive either:

  • Refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit (issued as a digital gift card/store credit code)

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item) or the item arrived defective/damaged and the issue is verified.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at christthreadsbusiness@gmail.com.

8) International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective/damaged or incorrect and the issue is verified

9) European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless local law requires otherwise.
